LESS POOP!

So recently, I was on a mission trip in Haiti, and I noticed that I poop LESS! And so I asked the nurse that was on the team and she said it was because something about sweat. i don't know the logic but it works, thats just my two scents. Below is a real article on the subject.

Yea ,I might be wrong... She might have been talking about urination. wow. I was so wrong, really wrong.

Yea and that explains why I have not been posting that often, I was in Haiti. We did lots over there. So if you want to poop less, go to a third world country without air conditioning and half as much food to walk up and over.
